Not mexican at all, you have taken the heart of paleta making and made it commercial in way that does not fit the picture.....paletaking is comming soon....we are going to rock you pants off......no comparison to any paletas in the USA....real artisan paleta makers are rare...michoacan paletas willl once again come on top....by the way your cucumber bar....really are you guys really trying or not.....i hope not, at least there is an excuse...
